Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling invites a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, utilities and technical services at the Brampton facility. You will drive strategic leadership, safety, and continuous improvement across operations, reporting to the Plant Manager and shaping the future of our biggest site.

Qualifications

8+ years in progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
5+ years leading large teams in a unionized environment.
Experience in beverage/CPG or automated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance, reliability, utilities, asset care and technical services.
Maximize equipment reliability, plant availability and safety.
Provide strategic leadership for maintenance operations and continuous improvement.
Manage capital projects, planning, and asset lifecycle initiatives.
Develop technical capability and succession within teams.
