Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Montreal facilities. You will plan, supervise, and optimize maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and availability, while leading and developing a skilled team in a safety‑driven environment.

You will manage budgets, report KPIs, and drive cost reductions, acting as a change agent to continuously improve plant operations. Fluency in French and English is required for this bilingual management role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience as a manager supervising a team, including unionized employees.
  • Proven experience in team management and maintenance planning.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP Production Management software or equivalent (PM).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to act as a change agent.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Plant Director, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing all maintenance operations to ensure the reliability and availability of our equipment.

As Maintenance Manager, you play a central role in overseeing and developing your team, providing effective guidance, fostering professional growth, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and develop a skilled maintenance team
