Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in maintenance or engineering management in manufacturing.
• Experience with CMMS (Limble preferred).
• Experience creating a maintenance plan for a large manufacturing facility.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Leadership experience coaching and training a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections and guide plant systems, furnaces, equipment, facilities and grounds.
• Ensure preventive maintenance to maximize plant uptime.
• Supervise training of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical crafts.
• Support job change initiatives to improve performance.
• Champion lean principles and continuous improvement with wage workforce involvement.
• Champion energy-saving initiatives.
• Oversee plant apprenticeship program.
