Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a similar Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance positions, including leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems (ammonia preferred), wastewater treatment, and critical utilities operations.
• Experience with maintenance/compliance standards for food manufacturing (ISO, GMP, HACCP, CFIA).
• Proven experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP; strong troubleshooting of processing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of multi-year maintenance and reliability strategy for the site.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime of process, packaging, utilities, and buildings.
• Coach and develop maintenance teams; build technical capability across the site.
• Collaborate with production, quality, safety, and warehouse teams to meet performance targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, and other utilities; participate in audits.
