Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto, Canada is seeking a seasoned Mainframe Lead Developer to guide design, development, enhancement and support of enterprise Mainframe applications.

You will apply strong COBOL, CICS, DB2 and JCL skills to deliver high-performance solutions across the SDLC, lead technical teams, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure best practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mainframe Lead Developer with leadership of design, development, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL for mainframe solutions.
• Extensive experience across the SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Lead the design, development, enhancement and support of enterprise Mainframe applications.
