Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring an Active Living Manager in Ottawa to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs and well-planned events. You will develop calendars, coordinate live entertainment, and assess offerings to improve overall resident welfare.

The role requires leadership with seniors, creativity in activity design, and strong communication to partner with families and teams. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recreation/active living.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience with seniors.
• 2-year post-secondary education in related field.
• Certifications in gerontology, dementia care, CPR/First aid are assets.
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging programs for residents.
• Create monthly calendars and newsletters.
