Job summary

S&R Seniors Living in Lambton County, Sarnia, is hiring a Bus Shuttle Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings and events. You’ll perform daily vehicle checks, follow policies and communicate with the Activities Manager to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires a clean driver’s abstract, insurability proof, and strong verbal and listening communication skills. Prior experience with seniors is an asset. This is a full-time position in our recreation department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the shuttle according to provincial legislation.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Drive residents to and from appointments, outings, and events.
• Ensure the van is safely and securely stored after use.
• Advise the Activities Manager of any maintenance or repair needs.
