Cogir Senior Living in Toronto is seeking an Executive Director for a 12-month contract at The Annex. You will oversee the retirement residence's operations, sales focus, and financial performance, while leading a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required).
• Strong understanding of business planning and processes.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing, sales, and financial goals.
• Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities
