Job summary

Atria Senior Living Canada is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the community, with full P&L responsibility and sales leadership. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure high resident satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject is required.
• Three to five years of experience in operations management with success in financial and sales goals preferred.
• Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with vehicle policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff to build a high performing team.
• Develop and implement labor, occupancy, revenue, and quality strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and a safe living environment for residents.
