Overview

Are you passionate about social media advertising and building innovative strategies? Directive is expanding its social media advertising consultancy, focusing on leveraging LinkedIn for B2B clients. We seek a growth-minded Senior Strategist to join our evolving team and help us push boundaries in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee social media accounts and client communications
  • Develop quarterly client strategies and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Manage budgets, analyze campaign data, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support internal marketing efforts and ensure alignment with client goals
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including copywriting and targeting

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in digital marketing agency, with B2B experience preferred
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and paid social campaigns
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
