Job summary

Canada Life is seeking an Advanced Case Consultant to deliver product expertise and advanced sales strategies for advisors across channels. You will model complex life insurance strategies, create client materials, and simplify concepts for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in financial/insurance services, strong Par/UL mechanics, and CFP/CLU designations. This is a full-time role based in Calgary/Edmonton with travel and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

7+ years in financial/insurance services, with complex life product design.
Strong knowledge of Par and UL product mechanics.
Knowledge of CDA planning, estate freezes, buy-sell structures.
Strong leadership, sales and relationship-building skills.
CFP or CLU designation.

Responsibilities

Support advisors, wholesalers, and high-net-worth clients with complex life insurance planning.
Drive new business by providing insight into opportunities and product design for owners and professionals.
Model complex strategies involving permanent life insurance, corporate planning, estate & retirement solutions.
Provide technical case analysis and create high-quality advisor/client materials.
Explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
