Job summary

CLIC in Calgary is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to provide advanced education, case consultation, and onboarding on life products to brokers. The role works virtually with brokers and supports the Senior Regional Sales Consultant to achieve life sales goals.

You have 3–5 years in Financial Planning (Life Insurance), hold a Life license and related designations, and possess strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning (Life Insurance)
• Life license, CFP, CLU, PFP or other industry designations
• In-depth knowledge of life products
• Proven sales track record in life sales processes
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and case consultation to brokers virtually
• Lead broker training and onboarding sessions
• Stay informed about life insurance products, trends and regulatory changes
• Develop relationships with brokers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Marketing to create sales themes and virtual sessions
