Job summary
Canada Life is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead life insurance and living benefits discussions with agents across Canada. You will leverage 5+ years in financial services to drive strategies, educate on products, and expand the advisor network.
This role requires travel across Canada, strong leadership, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while delivering product solutions and market insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services / insurance.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in finance; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership, sales and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance, seg funds, disability and critical illness products.
- Willingness to travel across Canada.
- Bilingualism (French) considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Leverage 5+ years in sales/wholesaling as the authority on life insurance and products.
- Work with insurance agents on sales strategies and legislation.
- Understand and communicate tax and estate planning related to life and living benefits.
- Expand and multiply the acquisition of new life insurance and living benefits by working with agents.
- Deliver product expertise and strategic sales ideas to agents and partners.
- Travel across Canada and engage partner agencies to build relationships.
- Lead and mentor partner agencies, supported by proven processes and product solutions.
