Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services / insurance sales or wholesaling.
• Strong leadership, sales and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of life insurance, seg funds, disability and critical illness products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support agency partners on sales strategies and product solutions.
• Expand acquisition of life insurance, seg funds, disability and critical illness business.
• Provide product expertise and market insights to agents.
• Travel across Canada to engage partner agencies and build relationships.
• Mentor partners and align with company processes and support structures.
