Fountain Tire Edmonton Heritage is seeking a Licensed/Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The right candidate has 5+ years of automotive experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

You will diagnose vehicle issues, perform repairs, complete servicing, test systems to manufacturer specs, and assist customers with recommendations. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Red Seal status required.
• Minimum 5 years automotive experience.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory abstract annually.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose causes of vehicle malfunctions for customers.
• Perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete approved service on vehicles.
• Test and adjust vehicle systems to specs.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes and tune-ups.
• Advise customers on work performed and future repairs.
• Maintain service equipment on a schedule.
• Operate company and customer vehicles safely and cleanly.
• Respond to customer inquiries to support relationships.
