Rogers Communications, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Strategy Analyst to support long-term strategic planning for wireless and mobile networks. The role blends telecom technical knowledge with strong financial modeling to guide executive decisions.

You will lead financial analyses, develop business cases, and collaborate across network, technology, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive strategic initiatives. This is an onsite position based in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, business development, or a related role within telecommunications
• Solid understanding of wireless spectrum, RAN, radio technologies, mobile network architecture, and core mobile network fundamentals
• Strong business acumen, including strategic thinking and understanding how network decisions translate into commercial outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and data analysis
• Ability to translate technical, commercial, and financial inputs into clear recommendations for executives

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex business and financial models for long-term strategy and investment decisions across wireless and mobile network initiatives
• Lead financial and strategic analysis for telecommunications partnerships and negotiations, including market sizing, deal-term scenarios, P&L forecasting
• Evaluate strategic opportunities with a deep understanding of wireless spectrum, RAN, and mobile network fundamentals
• Translate technical and commercial inputs into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across network, technology, finance, regulatory, and commercial
• Conduct market and competitive analysis in the telecommunications industry
• Identify and quantify value creation opportunities and develop business cases connecting network considerations with commercial outcomes
• Support high-priority telecommunications initiatives and strategic projects
