• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience building enterprise learning programs from concept to execution.
• Strong adult learning principles and blended learning methods.
• Experience with learning needs analyses and performance consulting.
• Vendor management and stakeholder relationship experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience onboarding and compliance learning initiatives.
• Project delivery in large organizations.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, charts).
• Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
