Global Technical Talent is seeking a Learning Solutions Architect for a 14-month contract in Toronto. The role combines strategic development of learning solutions with end-to-end execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement to align with enterprise strategy.

The position requires 8–10 years of experience, a university degree, and strong consulting and change-management capabilities. Hybrid work with 4 days in office is offered; banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Experience in Learning & Development/adult education recommended.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance consulting and needs analysis to diagnose gaps and develop solutions.
• Build relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align learning needs with strategy.
• Develop and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify and leverage learning assets to support capability development.
• Provide updates on learning assets and progress to stakeholders.
