Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario seeks a Senior Talent Development Associate to drive learning initiatives, including program design, content creation, LMS administration, and learning analytics. You will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to enhance employee growth and organizational development.

You’ll deliver onboarding, professional skills, and compliance training in various formats, develop engaging content, and monitor progress to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of Experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent development.
• Experience with training content development and LMS administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify development needs and create learning solutions.
• Deliver onboarding, professional skills, and compliance training.
• Create and update presentations, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides.
• Administer the LMS, track completion data, and prepare reports and dashboards.
