Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer ops, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends to improve recoveries.
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for decisions.
- Lead modernization of collections via automation and AI.
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, tech, finance and ops.
- Evaluate new collections tools and digital solutions.
