Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, developing reporting and dashboards, and leading automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve business performance.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across functions.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or third‑party collections agencies is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve recoveries and customer outcomes.
• Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases to support operational and executive decision‑making.
• Lead initiatives that modernize collections through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement innovative collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across collections operations.
• Manage relationships with third-party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.
