Rogers Communications, Inc. in Toronto seeks a Solution Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable digital solutions for the credit card portfolio across web and mobile.

You’ll partner with product, architecture, security, and vendor teams to drive self-serve digital platforms that meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll guide a cross-functional team, participate in roadmaps, and ensure timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution management with a track record of launching products.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise solution design.
• Experience working with third-party vendors in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, or card servicing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and delivery strategy for digital self-service experiences across web and mobile.
• Lead solution assessment for security, identity, fraud prevention, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Partner with product, architecture, security, risk, and vendor teams to define scalable, secure solutions.
