Rogers Bank is seeking a strategic and analytic leader with experience in collections, credit risk, or financial services who can leverage data, technology, and customer insights to drive portfolio performance.

You will lead initiatives to modernize collections through automation and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve recoveries and customer outcomes.
• Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases to support operational and executive decision‑making.
• Lead initiatives that modernize collections through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement innovative collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across collections operations.
• Manage relationships with third-party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.
