Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, or financial services, with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, or digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and analytic leader with experience in collections, credit risk, or financial services who can leverage data, technology, and customer insights to drive portfolio performance. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or managing third‑party collections agencies is considered an asset.
