Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with land development expertise.
• Established connections with architects, developers, and planners.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design work.
• Proven business development, proposal writing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing land development team.
• Oversee complex land development design projects from concept to completion.
• Build relationships with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Define and execute strategic plans and growth initiatives.
