Job summary

Egis Canada is hiring an Intermediate Civil Engineer to support major projects in Canada. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of civil, land development, and municipal servicing initiatives, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet municipal standards while managing client expectations and project budgets.

Your background includes a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years of design experience, and a valid P.Eng in Ontario.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 7+ years of design experience on large-scale projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario (PEng).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation and BIM tools (Revit).
• Excellent English communication; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil engineering, land development, and municipal servicing projects from concept to construction.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables meeting standards.
• Manage client relationships and facilitate approvals with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, and change management.
