Qualifications

• 10+ years of land development and related civil infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tender preparation and construction administration for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead client meetings, project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ensure design deliverables, permits and approvals are obtained and compliant.
• Coordinate construction survey, on-site layout and as-built documentation.
• Prepare technical specifications and reports; liaise with clients, government bodies and contractors.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements within the team.
