Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager in Alberta South, Calgary to lead subdivision engineering drawing efforts, coordinate multi-disciplinary designs, manage budgets, schedules and client relationships. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive projects from concept through construction and onboarding new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PEng with APEGA preferred.
• 10+ years of land development experience in Calgary area.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead subdivision engineering drawings and prepared specs/tender documents.
• Coordinate with stormwater and other design disciplines.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and client communication.
• Provide client liaison and project reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
