Stantec seeks a Senior Construction Contract Administrator to join our Alberta team and lead contract administration for complex projects. You will coordinate site activities, review submittals, manage change processes, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients and design teams.

Travel to project sites is expected; preconstruction input may be required on select projects. Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting principles, and schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Architectural Technology program, or equivalent experience, is preferred, with substantial contract administration exposure.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary construction contract administration teams on large projects.
• Minimum 10 years in architectural contract administration and construction‑phase delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract documents and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor construction progress on site with travel to project sites as needed.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, subconsultants, and architects to advance construction-phase deliverables.
