Job summary

WalterFedy is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to provide technical leadership across complex land development and infrastructure projects in Canada. You will oversee due diligence, master planning, municipal approvals, site servicing, consultant coordination, and construction implementation.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and foster client relationships while mentoring staff and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required; P.Eng designation in good standing preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in land development engineering with senior project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and direction for land development and infrastructure projects.
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, technologists, designers, and external consultants.
• Manage full lifecycle of land development projects from due diligence through approvals, design, construction and handover.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, cost controls, risk management and financial performance.
• Lead client, municipal and stakeholder engagement and business development activities.
