Qualifications
- 5 years of IT experience with senior-level capabilities.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and network infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting complex server, network and end-user IT issues.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence.
- Clean/acceptable Criminal Record Check.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work directly and professionally with business customers.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex Level 3 technical issues.
- Design and implement customer IT environments.
- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT technicians.
