About Staffing represents a downtown Calgary client, an IT solutions provider offering managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management. They seek a Senior Technical Analyst to lead IT project execution, infrastructure management and client support, leveraging Windows Server, Azure and networking expertise.
The role demands hands-on leadership, on-site work, and on-call rotation. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience and 5+ years in MSP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 10+ years IT infrastructure experience.
- 5+ years MSP/IT service provider experience.
- Strong Windows Server, AD, M365, and Azure expertise.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions (virtualization, networking, cloud, security).
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex IT issues with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MSP tools (RMM/PSA) to monitor and manage client environments.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices in IT systems.
