Job summary

1Valet is seeking a Systems Analyst – Technical Support to join the Technical Support team in the GTA, Ottawa, or Vancouver. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex issues across CCTV, access control, and intercom systems, providing first-line escalation support for clients including property managers and residents.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in technical customer support or system analysis, strong networking knowledge, and experience with ticketing platforms like Confluence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in technical customer support, system analysis, or similar role.
Experience with CCTV, Access Control and Intercom technologies.
Strong IP networking, PoE, cabling and system integrations knowledge.
Experience with ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Slack.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for escalated support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues across CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems.
Perform remote diagnostics, testing and system validation for software and hardware installations.
Maintain detailed ticket records and adhere to SLAs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Client Services to drive improvements.
