Job description

Our Innovation team is looking for a Senior IT System Administrator to join the team.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Installation and configuration of software, hardware, and other required technology tools for artists both in the studio and for remote work.
2. Providing first-line support by responding to IT tickets raised by artists and team members.
3. Managing desktop and helpdesk support to ensure smooth operation of all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment. Troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize disruption.
4. Setting up accounts for new starters and closing accounts for leavers.
5. Preparing equipment for new starters in a timely manner.
6. Logging and processing equipment loans for new starters and managing returns for leavers.

Requirements

1. Associate/Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 2+ years of experience in IT Support, network administration, or system administration.
3. Proficient with Windows 10, Office 365, MS Office Suite, and basic ticketing systems.
4. Knowledge of system security, data backup, and recovery.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities across PC, OS, and software issues.
6. Familiarity with Windows/Linux Server environments.
7. Experience managing Office 365, Mimecast, phishing protection, Sophos Anti-Virus, etc.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Customer service orientation with attention to creating a positive experience.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
11. Self-motivated problem solver.
