Are you an IT professional looking to make an impact? Join our team as a Senior Systems Administrator and play a critical role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This includes ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures are followed. Your role will involve supporting IT team members in executing, testing and rolling out solutions.
Reporting to IT Manager, you will be accountable for the following systems: O365, M365, servers and desktops supporting parking-related IT Infrastructure; Windows Active Directory, Application, patching, provisioning and system monitoring supporting the TPA’s IT infrastructure. Responsibilities on these systems include provisioning, backups, patching, support and maintenance.
