Mosaic Homes seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead the IT team, own the technology roadmap, and drive security, AI adoption, and reliable infrastructure in a Vancouver-based, in‑office role.

You will partner with leadership to shape IT strategy, manage budgets and projects, oversee vendor relationships, and build governance frameworks. A customer‑focused, solutions‑driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field; PMP a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain IT systems landscape and roadmap (on-prem, network, cloud).
• Develop 1–3–5 year IT strategic roadmap with leadership.
• Set priorities, deliver items on time and budget.
• Design and maintain IT systems (network, servers, backups, workstations).
• Ensure IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide recommendations on IT policy and governance in line with strategic priorities.
• Contribute to IT and AI governance framework, data security, acceptable use.
