Job summary

DataStealth in Mississauga seeks a Chief Software Engineering Architect who will own the platform's technical strategy, architecture, and engineering standards. You will be hands-on 30–50% of the time, coding critical components while guiding the AI, security, and cloud strategy.

You lead senior ICs, drive secure-by-design practices, and collaborate with executive leadership on multi-year plans. Hybrid office schedule in Mississauga is required.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior IC roles.
• Deep expertise in Java and JVM languages; fluent across multiple stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technical roadmap and architecture vision for the DSP platform.
• Lead RFCs, design reviews, and mentor Principal/ Distinguished Engineers.
