Long View is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Calgary office to drive large-scale IT infrastructure projects across multiple clients. You will build relationships with executives, business leaders, vendors and technical teams, guiding strategy, execution plans, and measurable success criteria.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Manager roles focusing on large-scale IT infrastructure upgrades/implementations.
• Experience with digital transformation or IT infrastructure projects (network upgrades, virtualization, SQL Server, Windows/Linux server upgrades).
• Exceptional communication and risk management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster trust with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budget, timeline, quality, and objectives.
• Partner with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop strategies and success criteria.
• Serve as trusted adviser, providing leadership and recommendations to support business and technology objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and communications with governance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting for transparency, alignment, and decision-making.
• Measure outcomes and value realization through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
