Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory landscapes in Canada (e.g., Health Information Act) is advantageous.
• Ability to work with solution architects and delivery teams across multi-system environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solicitation, refinement, and documentation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Capture, analyze, and evaluate processes, workflows, use cases, and data flows across integrated systems.
• Analyze and document integration requirements, data exchange patterns, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications consumable by architecture and development teams.
• Assess new service requests and their impact on operational and integrated environments.
• Assist with project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource assignments.
• Provide quality control oversight on production implementations and ensure change management compliance.
