Job summary

Central Agencies Cluster/Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for an 11‑month contract with possible extensions. The role focuses on requirements gathering, use case development, and API integration, with emphasis on accessibility, concurrency, and cyber/PIA considerations.

Azure DevOps will be used to manage the backlog and user stories. Experience with incident and case management is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience gathering requirements and developing use cases.
• Competent in user accessibility, concurrency and cyber requirements.
• Familiar with TRA/PIA considerations in cloud services.
• Experience documenting API integration and data flows.
• Ability to manage product backlog and user stories in Azure DevOps or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog and user stories for project delivery.
• Coordinate incident response management and case management activities.
• Document API integrations and data interchange flows.
• Collaborate on cloud services and BI reporting needs.
