Qualifications

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a systems pilot analyst.
• Three (3) years of experience in preparing test equipment and performing acceptance tests.
• Two (2) mandates of at least 100 person-days in systems management, including one in the last three years.
• Two (2) mandates aimed at reviewing or implementing business processes, resulting in changes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and document user requirements for systems.
• Write maintenance requests and specifications for improvements.
• Analyze operational impacts of proposed solutions.
• Support the entire acceptance testing cycle.
• Produce and update user documentation.
• Provide second-level support to users.
