Job summary

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking four Senior Business Analysts (Healthcare) to support a major CIS transformation for the Government of New Brunswick. Remote work within Canada with occasional travel to the province; 7.5-hour days, standard Atlantic Time hours.

Role focuses on requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, and detailed documentation. Candidates should bring 5+ years in healthcare/government BA and strong collaboration with clinicians and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in CS, Business Admin, Healthcare or similar. Equivalents considered.
• 5+ years leading BA on large-scale transformation in healthcare/government.
• 3+ years working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Resumes must be concise and focused on required deliverables (<5 pages).

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technical requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Document current state, gaps, and solution design support for CIS projects.
• Coordinate application changes with technical teams and vendors.
• Mentor other analysts and team members as needed.
• Prepare readiness assessments, cutover plans, and configuration workbooks.
• Communicate status and risks to the Application Lead.
