Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking four Senior Business Analysts (Healthcare) to support a major CIS transformation for the Government of New Brunswick. Remote work within Canada with occasional travel to the province; 7.5-hour days, standard Atlantic Time hours.

Role focuses on requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, and detailed documentation. Candidates should bring 5+ years in healthcare/government BA and strong collaboration with clinicians and project teams.

Competenze

Bachelor’s level degree in CS, Business Admin, Healthcare or similar. Equivalents considered.
5+ years leading BA on large-scale transformation in healthcare/government.
3+ years working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
Fluent in English; French is an asset.
Resumes must be concise and focused on required deliverables (<5 pages).

Mansioni

Gather and validate business and technical requirements through workshops and interviews.
Document current state, gaps, and solution design support for CIS projects.
Coordinate application changes with technical teams and vendors.
Mentor other analysts and team members as needed.
Prepare readiness assessments, cutover plans, and configuration workbooks.
Communicate status and risks to the Application Lead.
