Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking an IT Senior Analytics role focused on Workday Integrations within the HCM IT Process & Solutions team. The role designs, builds, tests and sustains integrations between Workday HCM and HR-related systems such as ADP and Payroll providers.

The ideal candidate brings strong Workday Integrations expertise, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and project leadership capabilities to support Saputo's HR processes across Canada and North America.

Qualifications

• Workday HR Integrations experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into integration requirements using Workday leading practices.
• Develop, enhance, support and sustain Workday integrations in the Saputo Workday Integrations landscape.
• Collaborate with IT HCM team members to ensure safe operations and SDLC completeness (requirements, design, build, test, deployment, hypercare).
• Work independently with guidance from IT HCM in complex situations.
• Contribute to implementation, deployment and support of Saputo's HR applications, especially Workday integrations.
• Assess and document integration options with cross‑functional considerations across Workday modules and other processes.
