Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking an IT Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications – HCM Process & Solutions, to manage WorkforceSoftware (WFS) time and attendance within Saputo’s global HR ecosystem including Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and SAP HR.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate across HR and IT, and support deployment, enhancements, and ongoing operations. You will work with cross-functional teams, remote partners, and vendors to ensure integrated HR and payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years implementing WorkforceSoftware (WFS) or comparable workforce management.
• Experience in WFS Time & Attendance implementations.
• Understanding of payroll, labour regulations, and WFM best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements, workshops, and functional specs.
• Strong HR processes knowledge, especially time and attendance integrations.
• Hands-on SDLC experience from requirements to post-production support.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies, time zones, and languages.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and SharePoint; knowledge of data/storytelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements for WFS.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment.
• Support WFS Time & Attendance implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT analysts, architects, and vendors on roadmaps and standards.
• Prepare solution walkthroughs and presentations for stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve WFS production issues during business hours.
• Grow functional/technical expertise in WFS Time & Attendance.
• Coordinate with remote teams across geographies and languages.
