Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking an IT Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications – Human Capital Management Process & Solutions for Workday Integrations. You will translate business requirements into integration specs, develop and sustain Workday HCM integrations, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to support HR processes.

The role requires deep Workday HCM integration experience, project management skills, and the ability to work across multiple time zones. English is required, French a plus.

Qualifications

• Workday HR Integrations experience is a must; cross functional exposure and deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, WECI, PECI/PICOF, RaaS, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and Document Transformation.
• 4+ years of solid Workday HCM Integrations development experience.
• 5+ years of Workday HR implementation experience with expertise in HR functional integration.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a global team and work across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and functional requirements into integration requirements using Workday HCM leading practices.
• Develop, enhance, support and sustain Workday Integrations in the Saputo Workday landscape.
• Collaborate with IT HCM team members to sustain operation of all HCM applications and lifecycle activities.
• Lead walkthrough presentations of application systems to IT and business users.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve production system issues following Saputo procedures.
