Job summary

Medavie is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Analyst to join the HR Technology team. You will design, develop, implement, and maintain Workday integrations, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will manage data flows between Workday and enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in bi‑annual releases and documentation updates. A strong HR acumen and senior integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Experience in a complex, unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors.
• Participate in integration testing, validation, and releases.
• Create and maintain integration specifications and data mappings.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance.
