Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking an HRIS Senior Advisor - Workday to support configuration and implementation of HR systems across the organization. You will partner with HR, IT and Operations to drive automation, continuous improvement and system enhancements for global HR processes.

You will serve as SME for HCM, Recruiting, Reporting and Security, ensuring data integrity and user-ready solutions. A hybrid schedule with remote work once per week is available.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruitment, Reporting and Security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HCM, Recruitment, Reporting and Security in Workday.
• Partner with HR, Operations and IT to ensure alignment and evolution of HR systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide end-user support and create documentation and test scripts.
