Job summary

Dentalcorp seeks a Senior Specialist, Internal Marketing and Communications in Toronto. You will design and build internal campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation and segmentation, to improve engagement across employee and practice teams.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will partner with People, Operations and Program Strategy, apply messaging frameworks, and monitor performance to continuously enhance reach and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• “5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including journey and automation build.”
• Experience designing and delivering internal or employee campaigns is required.
• Strong segmentation, audience targeting and campaign performance measurement.
• French language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal communications campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation and segmentation.
• Apply automation best practices to internal communications, improving targeting, personalization and scalability.
• Deliver campaigns that support internal client functions (People, Operations, Clinical Excellence and Program Strategy).
• Translate campaign objectives into structured campaign execution and messaging frameworks.
• Support intranet, email and other internal channels delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and adoption.
