Job Description

We are seeking dynamic consultants to grow our Engineering team in Toronto. Your expertise will support various projects as a Senior Integration Specialist.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, oversee end-to-end development using Boomi and Azure.
• Optimize & Maintain Integration Processes: Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integration environments, manage upgrades and performance issues.
• Develop API & Data Models: Expand API catalog and design resilient data models in Boomi Hub.
• Ensure Secure & Scalable Architecture: Collaborate with DevOps and Networking teams to implement industry-standard solutions.
• Promote Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Standardize methodologies and documentation across projects.
• Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide technical leadership and support skill development.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in senior development or consulting, with hands-on integration experience, especially with Boomi.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (MS SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Service Bus), REST, SOAP, Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SFTP.
• Experience building real-time and batch integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Preferred: Salesforce development, machine learning, Mulesoft, Workato.
