Westland Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor in Mississauga, ON. You will promote insurance products, own client relationships, and help grow the company’s local presence while handling more complex cases.

Ideal candidates have strong client service skills, a proven sales record, and a RIBO license or active pursuit of CAIB/CIP. This role reports to the Insurance team and offers hybrid work arrangements.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
